Understanding film warranties

Start with your actual needs

Request current warranty terms for the product in your market. Confirm who issues the warranty, what it covers and how a claim is submitted. Separate product warranty from any installation warranty.

What should you review?

Review duration, conditions, exclusions and proof-of-purchase or maintenance requirements. Do not rely on a verbal promise or terms for a different product or market.

This is general guidance. Specifications, availability and warranty vary by product and market; request the information and terms for the locally available product before booking.
